This information is from MONDO instructions (rev. 3.0) and is also valid for most of the other Padel Court Artificial Turf brands and models.
VERY IMPORTANT
- Read and conserve this paper in a safe place
- Conserve the rolls ID labels to keep the traceability, and have them available for eventual complaints. The labels contain all the information regarding the product manufacture.
- Mondo Tufting will not accept any complaints due to defects caused by incorrect handling, storage, installation, use or maintenanceof the product, and in general, by the non-acceptance and fulfillment of these instructions.
- To accept a claim, the product must be presented unhandled (no cuts). As well as a photograph of the roll number, which is printed on the back of the carpet.
- The defective products must be returned to Mondo Tufting as soon as possible, including a complaint report. If the product is not returned will be considered apt for use and therefore non-defective.
GENERAL CONSIDERATIONS:
- Read and conserve this paper and all the technical information of the product. In case of any doubt, please contact our sales department, before taking any actions that could harm the quality of the product or its technical characteristics.
- If the defect is not well documented or no evidences are given, the complaint may not be accepted by Mondo Tufting. The lack or omission of information will delay possible corrective actions and can motivate that Mondo Tufting declines any responsibility with respect to the defect.
No comlains will be accepted if these instructions given by our sales or technical personnel are ignored by the customer.
PRODUCT VERIFICATION:
- Check the material received to make sure it fits your order.
- Unroll the turf pieces to check the absence of visible defects.
Never use a defective product: the defect may get worse, cause damages to final user and hinder further investigations on the product.
ADVICES FOR PROPER STORAGE:
- The product should not be stored more than 3 months.
- The product must be stored in an optimum environment: Absence of dirt, moisture and harmful environmental, physical or chemical agents. Piling up or contact with very rigid or sharp edged surfaces should be avoided when possible, because severe deformation could be induced. Avoid storing the product outdoors with solar irradiation, especially in summer.
No complaints will be accepted if the storage time exceeds 3 months in Mondo or customer warehouse, or if the preservation conditions are inadequate.
ADVICES FOR PROPER HANDLING, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE:
- The product should always be handled with adequate machinery and equipment to avoid any damage.
- Follow the instructions for handling, installation and maintenance established by Mondo Tufting. The maintenance must be done by a company authorized by Mondo for the maintenance tasks for Mondoturf systems.
- No complaints will be accepted if the product breaks or damages because of the use of inadequate equipment or machinery.
ADVICES FOR PROPER USE:
- Read carefully instructions given in commercial folders and technical sheets.
- Prepare physical barriers in order to prevent dirt from entering the playing area.
- Avoid contact with heavy objects and sharp ends (pieces of furniture, vehicles, fork-lift trucks, etc.).
- The product is only suitable for the use recommended by the manufacturer. Never use it for any other activities.
- Never expose the product to physical or chemical agents which have not been recommended by the manufacturer.
In the case of padel products MONDOTURF NSF must be installed on a flat, regular, compacted and if possible rough surface such as asphalt or unfinished cement, the base must be produced with a vibrating screed and with a rough-end surface. Never applying quartz powder or polishing the surface or on porous draining concrete. The following installation types must be avoided:
- Direct installation with adhesive on the subbase.
- Installation on NWF (non-woven fabric) substrates.
- Installation on hard, smooth surfaces such as marble, ceramics, high compacted smoothed cements, etc.
Turf rolls are glued with bicomponent Polyurethane adhesive laid over geotextile joints. Line marks are with the same material.
No complaints will be accepted if the product is used for non recommended purposes.
